  Refurbishment of bathroom was completed to an excellent standard, every trades person worked to a top level and all were helpful and polite and every evening left the area tidy and clean. I recommend TM Build Ltd to any one seeking a company for building work

  Great team and excellent work

  From start to finish, it was a pleasure dealing with the TM Build. Working with Tom and his team, we were able to complete some much-needed work on our garden, including rebuilding a garden wall. We have a Grade II listed garden, so their care when working for us was appreciated.

  Loft Conversion

  We had a very positive experience with TM Build for a loft conversion and first floor remodel. Pricing was competitive for the initial quote as well as for the inevitable extras. We were very happy with the level of communication and workmanship throughout the project, and would not hesitate to recommend TM Build.

  Responsive, efficient and high quality work

  Based on my experience with TM Build I wholeheartedly recommend. We had 3 "niggling" building related jobs requiring an expert carpenter and Tom responded super fast, quoted based on photos I sent of what needed doing, two carpenters arrived exactly when they said they would, did what we asked then pointed out a BETTER way of doing one of the 3 things because they were concerned what we'd be told was a solution by a gas engineer was not up to it. Invoice matched the quote even with the job taking a bit longer than planned. A delight from start to finish, thank you Tom and your brilliant team.
