Tim (and his son, Sam) is a very reliable, knowledgeable and friendly guy. He arrived exactly when he said he would, offered really helpful and informative advice, priced the job at a competitive rate and took great care to leave the house in the same condition as when he arrived. We initially just wanted the extractor fan fixed. Tim was able to do this as well as identifying the reason for its repeated failings. He gave us all the info we needed, with no pressure to commit, and Tim and Sam did a great job in fixing the fan and installing the PIV with top advice. Would strongly recommend.

4 ceiling pendant lights fitted, Tim was also able to advise on three other jobs which could not be completed within this quote due to more complex issues revealed within the wiring. Tim was able to advise further regarding future options. Tim is friendly, got on with the job in hand and maintained clear communication throughout. Fair pricing, would definitely use Tim again for future work.
