10 Oil Boiler locked out

Tia was extremely helpful by fitting in a visit at the end of her already busy day, as being a Friday I would have been without heating and hot water all weekend if the boiler was not fixed. Tia’s knowledge of her trade was very evident and she quickly mended the boiler. Tia was very professional and assured me she would return immediately if we had any more issues. Tia was excellent when they came out to provide an annual boiler service. They were professional and thorough in their work. Advised on general information to ensure longevity of boiler and answered all questions I had.
