The plumber was prompt initially. However, the plumber left a leak in the tank of the bathroom. He was fixing an old flushing system. When reported it, they said he would be back to fix the leak but did not come back and i had to escalate and lodge a complaint. Now will need to get a new plumber to fix. They are good initially, but when there's a problem, they are reluctant to come back to fix.
