  Unblocking a drain

  TLM were very good about coming quickly, very polite and with a spotless van. He was conscientious about the job, keen to find the main cause, taking out roots etc. He also identified that we had a shared drain with a neighbour, which meant that United Utilities would have to sort that out. He was the cheapest of 3 quotes that I got, and did a really great job, Many thanks

  Blocked outside drain

  We had grease build up in our outside drain which caused a blockage and water overflow. The Clark drain itself was partially blocked also. Tom was great and arrived 45 mins after getting in touch and completed the job very quickly and efficiently using high pressure water jetting and rods, clearing the blockage in full.

  Tom was reliable and pleasant. He was able to come at short notice and was punctual. Didn’t take him long to do the work and he left everything tidy. Would definitely recommend.

  Busy production facility with a blocked drain

  As a busy production site we know that we can rely on Tom and his father to give us excellent service when we need it night or day. Tom allways answers the call and lets you know how soon he can get to site, once he arrives he quickly locates the problem and provides a solution. He also checks to ensure that the problem has been fixed before tidying up and leaving the site in a clean condition.
