  All good until something goes wrong

  Initially very happy with Tom’s work fitting skirting in our new garden room and paid promptly. A few weeks later, we found sections had come away from the walls. In one 4m run, there appears to be just one fixing. We sent Tom a video as requested. Rather than inspect it, he said it wasn’t his fault and blamed the new room or painting. He then quoted a call-out charge and said it could take several months to attend. He later said he’d come sooner, but never contacted us again. Very disappointing after paying promptly for what should have been a straightforward job. We would not use him again

  Door resizing

  Brilliant from start to finish. Tom was in regular communication and completed the work to an excellent standard. Was tidy and respectful of our home. Will definitely be using again for future work.

  Fitting a new steel door

  I required a new steel door to be fitted to my premises. T L Joinery turned up on time and did an excellent job and took away the old door and debris. Would thoroughly recommend

  5* service again, quality joiner

  another quality job completed by TL joinery. He came and quoted within a timely manner and completely refit our downstairs joists which were rotting. Highly recommended joiner (he’s now completed two jobs for us and will always be our go to joiner)

  It's hard to describe how good a job Tom did for me. He did everything I asked, exactly as asked with a perfect outcome. Thoroughly professional and really nice fella too. Highly recommend.
