I had put out a job for reconnection of a down pipe to the gutter. Ryan the roofer was assigned to do the job. On arrival he quickly realised that I could have done the job by myself. He moved the pipe around & reconnected the pipe & gutter & he said he wouldn't charge me for this. His honesty & kindness is evident. The communication involved in arranging the appointment was not stressful as Ryan responded promptly. Ryan was warm, approachable & easy to talk with.

Tom came out to assess the damage to our roof after a storm. He was very polite and knowledgeable, we recieved a prompt response with his quote and the works were carried out soon after. We were extremely impressed with Tom's work and would certainly recommend to friends/family and anyone in the local area.

The new ridge system was installed very quickly and professionally. Tom and his mate were a pleasure to have on site and would highly recommend him.

The work was completed to a good standard and James and Eddie were on time, helpful and quick to explain the process and keep us updated. The finish on the WarmShell insulation/lime plaster is as expected and reskimming of other areas completed to a high standard. The work took slightly longer than expected but we were kept informed. Communication was lacking in regard to some aspects of administration.

Ewi work on 2/3 of house and correction of problem in poorly finished area of ewi performed by another contractor. J and J were courteous, worked hard and took pride in doing a good job. They took trouble to clean up well at the finish. There was some delay in completion partly due to wet weather. The 4 * on tidiness is more a reflection of an intrinsically messy procedure(rendering) rather than any omission.

Highley recommend . Quick serverice great lads would Deffo use these lads again . Work was done 2 high standards .
