Very satisfied. From initial meeting and when the Job was carried keeping me updated and provided solutions for other issues encountered during the work. I can call Karl the Bathroom doctor. If it gets with the Job would be done properly.

Karl was knowledgeable and able to fix a long standing problem with a bathroom leak created by previous installer. Work was done in high standard and we encountered new issues that he took time to find the best possible solution, it was like a bathroom issues doctor eliminated all problems. Well done.

After previously having my bathroom done by Karl which I was more than pleased with I asked if he was interested in updating my kitchen too. Everything has been done - wall down, door blocked, plastering, flooring, tiling, painting &, after a few hiccups with the kitchen supplier which Karl sorted, an impressive job has been done. Nothing is too much trouble & I would not hesitate in recommending Karl to family & friends.

Karl was able to fix a long standing problem that two other plumbers had failed to fix. He arrived when he said he would and worked efficiently. Good work!

We contracted Karl to fit our new bathroom, which included complete re-plumbing, wiring, moving radiators and bathroom furniture, tiling and plastering. Karl turned up on day we had agreed to start and worked on the bathroom every day until the project was finished on time. Karl proactively rectified a number of problems, such as uneven flooring, which previous tradesmen had simply covered over. The quality of the finished product is excellent. Would recommend without hesitation.

Karl did a professional job in replacing the shower tray and tiles in our en suite. He was punctual and hardworking to achieve an excellent outcome for us.
