Tom was absolutely brilliant. Tom came out of his way to come and see us as he doesn't normally cover our area but as there was a mix up of locations, he still came to see us. He was very very polite and very honest. Looked at the work that we already had done and gave us some really good and invaluable advice. Would highly recommend for a roof repair :)

I own Top Dog Properties and Tom has done several roofing jobs on my houses in Lancaster . I have found him intelligent, hard working and responsive. He keeps me up to date by txt if I’m too busy to get to a job and his work is always good. The thing I like most is that he doesn’t over charge. I consider him to be our roofer now.

Mr laverty went above and beyond in the work he completed. He first went around to the property to view the issue and advise as there was signs of damp within the property. He advised that the roof will need replacing soon as the roof has been installed when the house was built. The old roof was removed, all the insulation in the loft was found very damp, this was all removed, the full loft was cleaned ready for new insulation. The new roof was installed and the new insulation was also installed. The new roof looks great and stands out from the street.

Mr Laverty was very professional. He talked me through what needed to be done, explained everything, and gave me a fair quote. The work was done quickly. Very pleased.
