The bay window roof installation was completed nearly a year ago, and while the work appears ok, I still haven’t received the guarantee paperwork. I’ve contacted Tim multiple times with no success. The lack of response and failure to provide promised documentation is very disappointing and raises concerns about their aftercare and reliability.
