  Our radiator sprang a leak on Sunday afternoon.

  We called Tommy and he could not have been more accommodating. We desperately needed someone to fix our radiator leak, and he arrived within 30 mins. He identified the leak and fixed it very quickly. Very helpful and efficient. Highly recommended

  I recently used TK Plumbing & Heating (Tommy Kavaz) to complete second fix plumbing (boiler and water tank installation, UFH, Radiators, Bathrooms & Kitchen second fixtures). The workmanship was flawless, great attention to detail, pricing competitive, and he did an impeccable job. Tommy was polite, professional, and left the property clean and tidy upon completion, making sure everything was safe and certified.
