As a result of concerns about the levels of humidity and moisture in my property, I spoke to Tim at TJR about a possible survey. Right from the start, Tim was very knowledgeable and friendly and I had no hesitation in booking one of their surveys. A colleague of Tim's did the survey and I was very impressed with the way in which this was carried out. I then received a comprehensive survey report and recommendations the very same day. An excellent service from start to finish.

Our ground floor flat used to suffer with poor air circulation. Every day we would have condensation on the walls and windows that encouraged mould growth. TJR came and assessed our property and determined that powered vents in the kitchen and bathroom would limit the amount of moisture entering the flat. They also suggested anti-mould paint be applied to all the external facing walls. It's been a month since the works were completed and we couldn't be happier! No water on the windows or walls, and the mould smell has vanished! Thanks TJR!

Contacted Tim to purchase extractor fans and ended up having a long conversation about different types of extraction fans and ventilation. Tim is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable not only about the products, but also about Building Reg specifically relating to Ventilation with technical details. Tim provided pertinent advice and suggested several options, no hard sell, just options. It was a pleasure to talk with Tim and take his advice. Order placed 8am and Tim delivered on his way to London by 10am. Professional and Excellent service. If you need ventilation advice, highly recommend.

The work including an initial survey was carried out professionally. I am impressed by the standard of service provided, including the friendliness/politeness and advice given. The quality of the product, the installation itself and the operational result. Very pleased.
