Tim was incredibly professional and knowledgable regarding our heat pump installation. It was fantastic to find a local specialist who can maintain it moving forward as well. Tim also gave sound advice and undertook other heating/plumbing works for our home renovation demonstrating his eagerness to help and showcasing a knowledge that encompasses all aspects of hearing and plumbing.
