I have used Tim a few times in the past no issues. I recently contacted him twice stating an oven need looking at text the details didn’t get no call back or messages. Just got ignored. Shame really no issues with the work communication is a let down even if your too busy unable to do the job Just say so don’t say you will call back then you don’t.

I messaged them on 10/4/25 but never received a reply, so went elsewhere.

On submitting the job, TL Domestic called my phone directly. We spoke about the job, he gave a price guide. Once I had received some other quotes, I called him back and made an appointment. Quick easy, not emailing to and from. On time, job done quickly.

Requested job on sat, received a call that day,came out monday morning to look at oven, very informative,clearly an expert in this area, knew what issue was, fixed,replaced and working again, totally recommend .....fabulous service

Found problem within 10 minutes and had parts in van. Very reasonable costs. Took steps to stop me feeling anxious. Would very definately use again
