Tim is a really lovely man who does a very efficient job. He is very clean and tidy in his work, and always checks my log burner to let me know if anything needs repair. Above all Tim is friendly, cheerful and a good communicator. Second year he has come to do the chimney and it won't be the last.

Very honest about the job. We assumed it would be an annual sweep in new property but I was very honestly informed about the situation with my previously custom built non-flumed log burner fittings, which ended up needing more attention than originally quoted as it was in an unsafe condition. What ended up being only a fraction extra on the original quote, was pre agreed Extremely courteous and friendly

Tim has been doing the yearly sweep of my log burner chimney for several years. It's more like a friend coming over. We have a chat, a cuppa and the chimney gets swept with no dirt or fuss. Super nice guy and would 100% recommend to others.
