Tim arrived promptly to look at our fire and chimney. He quickly assessed the situation and told us what he was going to do. He cleaned and replaced the rope around the fire door He was very clean in his clearing up and left the room spotless. We would recommend him to others and will be using his services again ourselves.

Tim always gets back to me quickly, he is reliable as always turns up on time and will communicate if he can turn up sooner. He is clean and tidy and thorough with his work. He is knowledgeable and takes great care in putting down blankets to protect my carpet. He is friendly and always provides me with certification once the work is complete. I had my chimney swept today and couldn’t be happier with the service! He arrived right on time, was super friendly, and did an excellent job. Everything was done quickly and neatly — no mess at all. It’s so nice to deal with someone who’s both professional and pleasant. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend their service.
