Job location: BH2From initial phone call to arrange an EICR on my flat to completion the whole process was smooth, hassle free and very professional. Grace in the office is exceptionally helpful and the guy that carried out the work arrived promtly, was very friendly and cleaned up after so well you wouldn't have known he'd been there. Taran carried out a Fire Risk Assessment and gave me me excellent advice and offered practical solutions to some areas that needed attention such as fire doors and alarms . He produced an excellent report following his visit that is detailed and clearly set out .
