Ray and his team had to manually remove spray foam and rotten sarking felt, batons and other wood. New tiles where needed, new membrane, wood where required and all new batons. Everything cleaned up and loft vacuumed throughout. Gardens tidied, facias, soffits and windows cleaned. Titan Highly recommended. Many Thanks

I had spray foam all in my roof . Thats what i want to remove. Then i contact this company.These guys are excellent and very helpful nature. My roof was nightmare for me before but when they arrived with full teams and start the roof work it was beyond my imagination. They are fully experienced workers now my roof work is done excellent job guys thank you so much . They are super quick they done weaks job few days . Keep it up boys

The final price for the work was about double the first estimate given after their reprentative had inspected the site. The dry-ice method had to be switched to a manual removal process. After some negotiation, I accepted the work could proceed. Payment had to be by bank transfer - no credit cards. They also asked for money up front which I declined. Despite the quote saying the place would be left pristine, there were foam pieces left behind, but the company was responsive and did resolve matters to my satisfaction in the end.

After contacting Titan explaining the required task, the job was promptly inspected and a removal date fixed. After tests were carried out they explained that the roof was in need of repair. Tit stopped work and after consulting me, we concluded that the cost of full repair should be on the house owner and not be part of my intended purchase of the property. Titan returned very promtly at my request, to reinstate the roof back to how they found it. A very fair refund, for the deposit paid, was paid back to me within 10 minutes. Superb service, excellent communication and would recommend them.

From start to finish I was kept advised of what was going to happen. All the workmen were incredibly hard working, polite and considerate. I am extremely pleased with the end result.
