Steve recently completed the structural renovation of my flat. Initially, everything went smoothly—Steve was knowledgeable and delivered work to a high standard. However, as the project neared completion, communication could have been better. Clearer updates on timelines and costs would have helped avoid delays and unexpected expenses. Despite this, I’m pleased with the overall outcome. The quality of the work met my expectations, and the key goals were achieved. A bit more focus on communication + project management would make the experience even better.

We decided we wanted to Strip back the whole downstairs and start again putting our stamp on our home. Everything was replastered, new wood work ,doors ,flooring and kitchen. Spotlights throughout. Steven and his team did an amazing job, everything run smoothly and on time even though we changed our minds many times. we were kept upto date on all progress and timescales. Professional friendly and always on time. Can't recommend enough.

I cannot rate Steve / Titan Construction highly enough for the work they have done in converting our garage into a home office. From coming to quote for the job, to completion, the level of professionalism and the standard of work is second to none and he will be the first person I call for any other work that we need doing. We requested a few changes along the way (more sockets, adding a radiator etc) and he was accommodating and understood what we were asking. If you are looking for work done, Don't hesitate to use Steve and Titan construction. 10/10 experience.
