We had a new shower pump fitted - the plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and fitted it quickly. The original quote via WhatsApp was also easy - after a couple of photos of the shower and pump and a series of questions, he was able to assess the problem and suggest solutions. The new pump works very well and we’re pleased to finally have it fixed, would recommend.

He was on time. Carried out the replacement quickly and efficiently. Very personable. Very competitive pricing. All in all I’m very happy with the work carried out. 👍

Great experience overall, Ben communicated throughout, was polite and up front with timelines and cost. He came prepared on the day and found the issue very quickly.
