From factory visit , to final placement , always a smooth process.Staff at the factory that show you around their in house facilities and book and quote were excellent. Lead times weren’t compromised, chippies and fitters were the kind of fellas you can have a chat and a brew with but they crack on , don’t slack at all and work long hours to finish on time .Really important that they are courteous, tidy dont leave a mess at the end of day and you feel totally confident in their abilities.Windows look fantastic btw

Timbawood were a pleasure to deal with at every stage, starting with their warm welcome when I visited their showroom late and dripping wet. Every member of staff we have dealt with has been prompt, skilled, efficient and pleasant. Our new front door and frame are outstanding. The door moves beautifully on its hinges and the finish and fittings are of the highest quality. They also put us in touch with a specialist stained glass conservator, who was able to retain our existing stained glass windows, conserve them, and marry them with double glazing. This was important to us.

Top quality new solid wood casement windows. The windows are perfectly matched to the previous windows which dated from the 1930s. All the work was carried out with minimal disruption and on time. Very small amount of touching up required around the new windows but that's it. Friendly staff in the office and onsite. Thoroughly recommended.

We contracted Timbawood to replace the frame of our front door and the door itself. The work included having the original stained glass panels on either side of our door and fanlight encased. Timbawood was helpful in recommending someone to do this. The glass was then delivered to their factory, making it a seamless process. The fitting itself took just over a day. The workmanship was meticulous. We were so impressed with how much time and effort the workmen took to make sure that everything was done to perfection. It can only be described as exceptional. We would highly recommend Timbawood.

If you are looking to replace your old sash windows I looked at a lot of companies and ended up choosing Timbawood. For me they delivered a first class product and were happy for me to visit the factory to see the windows and how they are manufactured. A family run business who have a great installation team who made the whole experience of what I was expecting to be a bit of a nightmare with dirt, cold and noise totally bearable. The team were on time, really tidy and above all really nice people to have around. Would thoroughly recommend them.
