There are multiple outstanding issues with the renovation that we cannot get a response to resolve: - An extractor fan that doesn't work - Grouting that immediately started to mould - Flickering lights that they 'fixed' by leaving them stuck on the white colour - Gap behind toilet held apart with random wooden block - Sloppy sink drawer installation; sink too high, drawer sloppily cut out to accommodate pipe - Misaligned shower control installation - Grouting that immediately moulded We paid a premium for what we assumed would be a more premium job, but we cannot get a response to fix.

Thank you so much to Adrian and the team as well as working alongside Sebastiano. I was a bit stressed to begin with but, I shouldn’t have been , they were amazing. Kitchen stripped, electric, plumbing then whole room plastered over three days. Four days to dry - a weekend- then two days to fully fit then the tiling and an extra day to do the final pluming and gas. Amazing team who I did not see stop. They kept cleaning as they see went and not bothering anyone. Thank you , 💯 would recommend.

Adrian and his installers were brilliant. The workmanship was outstanding....and I am very fussy. They had many problems to overcome due to the salesperson being inefficient and unable to use a tape measure. Adrian and his fitters sorted all of this with professionalism and efficiency. Cannot fault their work. Would definitely recommend 100%.

Very hard working, skilled craftsmen with good kit

Such a lovely team of kitchen fitters. Communication prior to the job was good and everything was priced reasonably. They did a great job and worked so efficiently. I have already recommended them to a friend.
