Fantastic from start to finish. When quoting he went through all options, explained the process and what was needed and why. Made everything really clear and immediately felt reassured and in reliable hands. Agreed time and date and turned up as promised. Went through everything with me at the house so I knew what was happening.. They were happy to be left in the house so I could get on with my day. The tiling work looks outstanding.
