Alex answered me promptly and arranged to come round to give a quote for re-grouting my bathroom. We discussed the pros and cons of regrouting vs retiling and given my budget he was happy to just grout this time. He then did a great job and I am very pleased with how refreshed my bathroom now looks. Would definitely use him again for any similar jobs.
