Alex refurbished my leaky walk in shower. He explained the necessary works in helpful detail and the steps required to ensure it was properly waterproof. Materials and methods have changed markedly in the past five years or so. I am very pleased with Alex's work. His attention to detail with tiling is exemplary and he left no stone unturned to ensure the work was of high quality and finished as I wanted it to be. His communication throughout the job was excellent and he worked very hard to finish on time.

Alex has done a lot of jobs for me at this point - this time improving walls and woodwork, painting and laying a new tiled floor, pretty much a total makeover of what was a complete mess of a room! I trust Alex 100% - he is a very kind and patient person with a strong work ethic. Alex always completes work to a high standard and nothing is too much trouble. I'm so happy with the work that he has done - the room is unrecognisable compared to what it was before.

Alex ( "Tile expert" ) is a dependable and honourable craftsman who focuses on giving customer satisfaction while at the same time taking great pride in offering sensible suggestions which will exceed the expectations of his prospective client. He is courtious, thoughtful and a good communicator . For instance - video of works being conducted for those Landlords not permanently on site. Alex's quotes are very fair and he seems to be more motivated by giving customer satisfaction rather than making a quick buck. In future I will stop searching the market place and just give Alex a call .
