The 18mm ply for the replacement subfloor Foti/s Soulas used was NOT STRUCTURAL, making the entire job unviable. In spite of assuring me several times that he would only use the very best materials, he bought the cheapest he could find. Had he bought STRUCTURAL ply (crucial for the load bearing properties needed for a first floor bathroom), it would have cost a mere £78 extra. I only found out because after paying him (he wouldn't wait until I'd seen the job) he finally sent me the Wickes receipt for the ply which showed what he had actually bought.

Foti got in touch as soon as I posted the job and gave me a quote I was happy with. Comms were exceptional throughout and he arrived promptly, carrying out the job in good time. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and I will use Tiled Up again.

Fortis and his team did a great job tiling our hallway before Christmas and worked hard to get it done in one day. The team were thorough, precise and professional, and we were really impressed with the end result. We'd definitely recommend Tiled Up and would use them again without hesitation.

We uncovered an old hearth in our lounge and needed it tiled. Fotis and his dad came and figured out the pattern we needed and did it all in a few hours. Even advised on the right grout colour and came back a few days later to finish it off when I’d purchased that. Very helpful and good advice.
