  Poor aftercare customer service

  The work carried out was very good. Replacing two steel lintels. Very tidy and neat brickwork. However the after service was appalling… I had to repeatedly chase for rubbish to be removed (it was eventually two weeks later) Also the garage door framework which was removed to insert the lintel, and then put back, has now come unstuck and is bowing in the middle. I have contacted Paul numerous times over the last 6-8 weeks and he is still to return to repair & replace the PVC frame. Excuse after excuse. We are not impressed. A great shame as the initial work carried out was very satisfactory.

  Repointing two sides of the house and brick repair.

  I wanted to share my positive experience with Paul from Tide Solutions. Paul was initially asked to repoint two sides of my house and repair a brick, tile, and mortar arch above my door. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent, both before and during the job. Paul and his team carried out the work to an exceptionally professional standard, completing everything required and even going above and beyond expectations. I am so pleased with the quality of their work that I have already asked Paul to return for additional projects. I would recommend Tide Solutions to anyone

  Paul Ducal (The owner of Tide Solutions) successfully quoted and planned the work some three months in advance. It was carried out precisely as planned, to a high standard and in a very helpful and professional manner. Have no hesitation in recommending.

  Replace tender to front boundary wall

  Paul’s quote fell within my remit so placed the job with him. He and his colleague turned up as planned and carried out the work over 3 days. My neighbours wall was attended to st the same time. Was kept informed throughout as to progress. They were friendly and efficient. When finished arrangements made to clear left over rubble. Great job.
