Terry has completed two jobs for us, most recent being a full new boiler fit. I am very happy with the quality of work and great value. A very reliable service, would highly recommend.

Terry and Jake came when they said they would. They were clear about what needed doing. They were respectful and professional. Would definitely recommend them. They even made time out of their busy schedule to come back and replace some radiator valves.

Terry come to fit my new smart thermostat and done a great job fitting it. He was very clean and tidy in doing so. He came across a problem connecting the boiler to the smart hub so contacted the company supplying the thermostat. And he got it sorted, I was more than happy with his communication and service and would recommend him to friends and family.

Terry replied promptly and answered questions professionally. He arrived on time, fixed my Dad's boiler quickly, and was polite, friendly, and courteous. Thank you!

The engineer responded quickly to my request and I was able to arrange a quick call out to overview the repair. Once the leak was found he knew what was required. He was able to talk me through the issue and outlined what was needed. That night I received the estimate which I accepted and arranged a repair date. The engineer arrived on time to do the work. Within an hour I had my boiler back running. A local engineer, I would recommend. Thanks Terry Williams.
