10 Successful EV Charger repair

Tony Ha attended to repair our EV charger, which had been charging very slowly. He very quickly discovered an issue with how a previous electrician had wired the CT clamp and he was able to rectify this and provided a very detailed explanation. They came and replaced two transformers on our spot lights. One stopped working within a week. Once we had paid and made them aware of the faulty work instead of offering to fix it they quoted to replace the work with new LED lights that were safer. They could have told us this the first time! At THS Electrical Services, we pride ourselves on the quality of our service at a competitive price.
Our charges are uncomplicated and 100% transparent.
There are no hidden extras. In addition, all customers are made aware of our rates at the time they book their job.
- Hourly Rates: We do not charge a callout fee. We only charge for the work carried out. There is minimum charge of 1 hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30-minute increments. All rates are subject to VAT.
- Fixed Price: Written and verbal quotations are available from our engineers, or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to assess your job. All quotations are subject to VAT.
- Materials Used: Our engineers are well equipped with tools to complete most electrical services; however additional materials are not included.
- No Additional Charges: ULEZ, fuel, travel times are all included for our 1-hour callout services.
- Parking: Not included.
- Congestion Charge Zone: Not included.
