We called THS Services late last night on a Sunday and he responded very quickly and was with us within 5 minutes. Tony managed to work out the problem and replace the burnt out part and restore the power with no problem at all. At THS Electrical Services, we pride ourselves on the quality of our service at a competitive price.
Our charges are uncomplicated and 100% transparent.
There are no hidden extras. In addition, all customers are made aware of our rates at the time they book their job.
- Hourly Rates: We do not charge a callout fee. We only charge for the work carried out. There is minimum charge of 1 hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30-minute increments. All rates are subject to VAT.
- Fixed Price: Written and verbal quotations are available from our engineers, or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to assess your job. All quotations are subject to VAT.
- Materials Used: Our engineers are well equipped with tools to complete most electrical services; however additional materials are not included.
- No Additional Charges: ULEZ, fuel, travel times are all included for our 1-hour callout services.
- Parking: Not included.
- Congestion Charge Zone: Not included.
