Can't recommend THS highly enough. They put the extra time in to make sure the quote was accurate. They really considered and talked me through the different options. Their price was the middle of the three that we received, but I still think it was reasonable. The communication from the office was great. The engineers couldn't have been nicer and are easily the tidiest we've seen. They really took the stress out of having them in the house while I was working. Very happy with the quality of the work. Wont hesitate to use them for the rest of the work on our house.

THS provided helpful advice in advance of the job, which is why I accepted their quote despite being higher than the others I got. They were reliable and the job was done efficiently and well.

They fitted us in quickly, Richard explained what he was doing as he went whilst fault finding, worked with transparency and honesty and didn't dilly dally. He asked questions on the phone when booking the call, which gave me confidence. Would use this company again without hesitation for fault finding. Luckily our problem was easily and conveniently resolved within the hour. 👍
