  Had solar panels fitted on eon grant unfortunately no prior contact with which system we would receive and no post fitting paperwork or information. Not even sure if working as electric bill still the same. Unable to contact them with concerns. Only fitted 3 panals instead of the five ordered as stated no room on roof. When asked to to rear of roof. Refused

  SO FAR......(SO-LAR) SO GOOD!

  Have recently had SOLAR PANELS put up ,YES, in a period of "Noahs arc" like rainfall BUT... the installation was carried out promptly, with as little disturbance as possible to me. Was a lot of to-ing and frow-ing and the weather didn't help but that is to be expected this time of year.The installation team were friendly, though you may well need to "TUNE" into Geordie accents if you're not from that neck of the woods!. Overall experience positive. Hope next electric bill is equally so!. THUMBS UP!.

  They were efficient, courteous and tidy. They arrived when they said they would. The electricians were particularly good, working through their lunch break to get the work done.

  Excellent job overall.

  I was very happy with the whole process. The only tiny issue was re the timing. Scaffolding meant to come pm and they came am. Fitters due 9 -9.30am and they came at 8am. Not a problem with them just the information beforehand. The Scaffolding were quick and professional and caring as it encroached on my neighbours drive. They removed it the day after installation as promised. The electrician and roofers were also very quick, polite, tidy and professional. They explained what they were doing and how it worked.
