  Fantastic Work and Smooth Installation from Start to Finish

  I recently had work completed through the Warm Home Scheme grant arranged by the government, and the whole process organised by Thrift was excellent from start to finish. Thrift arranged the installation of my solar panels, extraction fans, ventilation, and smoke alarm, and everything was handled very professionally. The team were well organised, communicated clearly throughout, and made sure the work was completed to a high standard. All of the installers were polite, efficient, and respectful of my home. They explained what they were doing and ensured everything was working properly before

  Excellent service from start to finish. All staff were helpful, professional and very efficient. The whole process was arranged effectively with tradespeople arriving at the alloted times as agreed. They completed the jobs and made sure everything was tidy before they left. The office staff dealt with any queries quickly and with care. I would highly recommend this company.

  Home Insulation Recommendation

  From first contact, through to survey of the property and install, I couldn’t recommend Thrift Energy enough. Fantastic job of insulation on my property, tidy and efficient, with really nice, friendly staff! Great price too. Thank you again!

  Excellent staff and a great job done

  Thrift arranged the solar panel work on my home and this was done with no hassle. All appointments were done to schedule and the workmen did a wonderful job. A prior call to check I was still happy and a call after to check all work was carried out to my satisfaction. Excellent service and great staff

  Solar panals

  Had solar panels fitted on eon grant unfortunately no prior contact with which system we would receive and no post fitting paperwork or information. Not even sure if working as electric bill still the same. Unable to contact them with concerns. Only fitted 3 panals instead of the five ordered as stated no room on roof. When asked to to rear of roof. Refused

  SO FAR......(SO-LAR) SO GOOD!

  Have recently had SOLAR PANELS put up ,YES, in a period of "Noahs arc" like rainfall BUT... the installation was carried out promptly, with as little disturbance as possible to me. Was a lot of to-ing and frow-ing and the weather didn't help but that is to be expected this time of year.The installation team were friendly, though you may well need to "TUNE" into Geordie accents if you're not from that neck of the woods!. Overall experience positive. Hope next electric bill is equally so!. THUMBS UP!.
