Mark was helpful and knowledgeable. He came out very quickly in answer to an urgent call where the Octopus engineer declared that an oil tank needed bonding (and if it wasn't bonded then they would not be able to finish the install of an EV charger and would be leaving the county within 3 days and it would likely be another month until they could come again). He was able to advise that bonding was not needed , he explained why and wrote an email which convinced the engineer and manager of this. The engineer was back on site within an hour and able to complete the install,.

Mark has been extremely knowledgeable and professional in all he has done for us . He has worked on and guided us through all the building regs ensuring that we are fully compliant and future proof. Our project is a fully off grid new build , self contained annex and large workshop housing the pv battery storage , generator and GSHP . So not a small project but Mark wasn’t phased by anything and met every day with a smile . Finally , he is very tidy and methodical. I’d definitely recommend him unreservedly.

I had my flat rewired by Mark at Three tors electrical and honestly couldn’t be happier. He was friendly, reliable, and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. The work was done on time, really tidy, and with as little disruption as possible. His price was very competive and now I feel much safer with a modern system in place. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing electrical work.
