Quick to quote and quick to fit. Baz and Mark know alarm systems so well. Well mannered, always on task and pleasant to chat to. They leave us with an impressive modern full house alarm system and gave a very patient explanation of the key pad workings. After obtaining several quotes for a CCTV system I concluded that the quote from Barrie (Thorpe Security Systems) seemed the best in terms of equipment and cost. I was not disappointed! Barrie and Mark fitted the system just a couple of days after I accepted the quote. They completed it within one day and it was clear that they took a pride in their work. The job was neat and tidy, and they were friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend, Barrie and Mark did a professional job fitting a new alarm and cameras, also explained all the functions and settings. The alarm and cameras are of high quality and simple to use. Price was competitive and work completed within a few days of us accepting the quote. We install only high quality intruder alarm and CCTV systems from some of the leading manufacturers including Visonic, Qolsys, Dahua, Hikvision and Texecom to name a few. We are conversant with systems from all main manufacturers so can take care of any repairs of servicing.
We offer free estimates and site surveys which can be physical or virtual. All of our CCTV systems come with a complete 3 year parts and 1 year labour warranty and all of our alarms, lighting and electrical work comes with a 1 year parts and labour warranty. All warranties are given in writing. All our customers enjoy full technical support and aftercare to answer any questions or queries and resolve any issues they may have in a swift and sure manner. All systems are installed immaculately with any cabling concealed inside and outside the property.
