10 Fast, friendly and professional service

Paul arrived on time and gave our system a thorough check, testing the signal level at our distribution amplifier, and inspecting our aerial and down cable which was OK. Using his own aerial he checked signal levels at that location and discovered that, while good for all other channels, for channel 30 (all London HD broadcasts) our aerial was out of alignment giving a weak signal. As the aerial clearly hadn't moved since installation he attributed this to changes in the local environment. A quick realignment and all is well! An efficient, professional, & no nonsense, service. Paul and Miles who inspected both the TV aerial and the cable said that the whole thing needed to be replaced because it was completely broken. The price was agreed and the work carried out in a thoroughly professional manner. The results are excellent! If asked I will have no hesitation in recommending Thorogood Audio Visual ltd. as the people to contact first. Am delighted with the way that this was done.
