10 Paul is reliable and has "CAN DO" attitude !

I had to retrieve of a TV aerial dangerously hanging from the gutter after falling from the roof. Paul managed to retrieve it from the bedroom window, instead of having to climb on the roof and the work was done in a maximum of 10 minutes. Job location: N2A "can do" attitude. To reach the faulty aerial on our 3storey house Paul had to use several ladders to accomplish what looked like an impossible task. Arrival - punctual. Diagnosis - quick and efficient. Explanations always thorough. Work (aerial replacement and booster installed) first class. Recommendation - certainly yes.- LLance H
