Very professional service. Very clean worker and kept any mess or disruption to a minimum. Competitive and reasonable pricing but overall else excellent workmanship. Would highly recommend.

Mostly a good job carried out however we are finding it impossible to get him to come back to neaten up the finishing touches as promised. He agreed a day to come back to add the door trims and sort out some other trim which looks a mess but never turned up after arranging to three times and has stopped answering messages. The majority of tiles are laid to a good quality but the finish is messy and frustrating when paying a lot of money for everything in the kitchen.

Steve is seemingly a genuinely nice guy. He tiled a kitchen for me in October and a hall in December - jobs not completed yet. Every quote is for 5 days at a fixed price, arrives at 0930 after the school run and finishes to pick his child up and still gets it done in 3 days. Tells you he's sent you a quote and pencils you in for a month when in reality he hasn't and doesn't want to do the work. Promises to come back and finish it but doesn't on multiple occasions, it might only be sealing the edges and putting threshold strips on but the job isn't finished. Buyer beware !

Great job - complicated tiles in a small and detailed area. Came on time and got the job done in half a day. Looks great. Will definitely use Thompson Tiling again!
