10 Re-pointing the outside walls of a house built in the 1800s

One worker came to carry out the work at the property. The quality of the work is excellent and has enhanced the look of this tired old building. Was particularly impressed by the good communication and work ethic of the tradesman who worked on the project. He was very friendly, courteous and polite. Lucas and the team were very polite and professional. They cleared up after their work and left the property in a good state after each day's painting. Less positively, we would have preferred it if they let us know which days they were going to arrive to carry out the painting - appreciate the rain made it challenging to predict when the painting could be carried out - however a text to advise when they were on the way would have been helpful.Verified reviewerJob location: OX129.5 External painting / rendering repair.
