    Replace my old staircase for a bespoke contemporary black oak and glass staircase

    Thomas was prompt and efficient, very professional when he came to give us a quote. He was quick to get back to us , he sent a letterheaded quote. He let us know he had a sale on that reduced the price that we where very happy with. The job took 2 days, he was on time and very tidy. The completed job looks great. I would highly recommend him.

    Replacing old bannister and spindles with new uprights and glass wood bannister.

    Came as promised to quote, we approved quote and paid 40% for materials and we booked in a date suitable to us both. Only took him just short of 2 days. He worked very hard and was clean and tidy. Finish is perfect, couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend and would 100% use again.

    THOMAS WHARTON. MESSED ME ABOUT FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGREED TO DO MY STAIRCASE FOR £3100 GLASS AND OAK. I ASKED HIM A FEW QUESTIONS IN WHICH HE BLOCKED ME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL UNRELIABLE. DOES NOT EVEN RESPOND BACK NOW. IVE GOT ALL HIS MESSAGES AS PROOF. HES BLOCKED ME ALL OVER. I CAN GO ON AND ON AND ON. MINUS 1 OUT OF 10.
