    Great service for roof repairs

    Thomas and the team were professional from initial quote to the work being carried out. I had a few loose tiles repaired and fixed. The team arrived while I was at work and provided clear pictures once the works were carried out! Highly recommend!

    Really pleased with work completed in adverse weather conditions.. Ben & Davie worked tirelessly to complete canopy porch roof repair & replacement of RHS replacement of timber fascia due to rot etc.. porch canopy replacement looks great.. tidied up after them & removed all rubbish.. wouldn’t hesitate to recommend & will be using the company again for future jobs.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    This is the 3rd time I’ve use this company. One that I can trust. Previous experience with using the company is they clean up well after doing their work. Don’t often get that. The main thing is the trust and feeling confident they do what you’re looking for them to do. Highly recommend Thomas Stewart Builders.

Thomas Stewart Builders Ltd is a Multi-Trade building company specialising in both commercial and residential works, carrying most trades in house we offer complete project management on all jobs from start to finish, We cover all of west central scotland and are based in paisley.
We are a modern innovative business keeping up with the latest products and techniques in the building industry so that we can offer our customers the very latest sevices when it comes to property maintenance and improvements.
We are members of various industry bodies such as the Scottish building federation, SEPA, the federation of small businesses, check-a-trade and have in place Citation, a health and safety management company to ensure we comply with the very latest legislation.
We offer services such as:

  • Roofing: liquid plastic, built up felt, lead work, canopy installation, slating / tiling, roofline, repairs, surveys, all work at height/ mobile anchor access
  • Joinery: fit out work, kitchens, doors, flooring, kit build, decking, staircases, conversions/extensions, shop-fitting, windows, locks, fencing, boarding up etc.
  • Wet trades: plastering, ames taping, roughcasting/render (all types), renovation plaster, tanking, cement works, screeding, self levelling compounds.
  • Ground works: landscaping, general garden maintenance, slabbing/mono-blocking, signage erection, line marking etc.
  • Cleansing: pressure washing, drain clearance, gutter clearance, grafitti removal, contract work, maintenance, home/office clearance, junk removal.
  • Plumbing: fit-out, maintenance, emergency works
  • Security: CCTV, smart locks, Intruder alarms, bollards, anti-ram products, shutters, blast protection, site segregation.
  • Electrical: (sub-contracted) re-wire, single & three phase, consumer units, lighting, external & internal, upgrade work and downtakings.
  • Decor: exterior and interior paint work, paper hanging, spraying, specialist coatings.
  • Tiling: internal and external, porclain, ceramic, natural products, pool works.
  • Fabrication: fencing, security doors, stairways, disabled access ramps etc
  • Mechanical: (sub-contracted) air conditioning, ventilation, various heating systems.
  • Facilities management: reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, scheduled cleaning/ ground works, on-call service.
