  Swift response from Thomas Edward Plumbing & Heating when I was in need of a boiler service. Jack was able to come round and service it quickly, and even repaired the front panel without being asked to, at no extra cost. Already given their details to other to use, would recommend.

  Outstanding Service from Start to Finish

  Jack came to install our new boiler and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful for his help. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish, always communicative, clear about what was happening, and happy to answer any questions we had. He worked extremely hard throughout the entire job and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to him and his team. We genuinely couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

  Boiler Service & Hot tap issue

  Reliable and great communication throughout. Job wasn’t as it seemed when Jack arrived and after trying to resolve my hot tap issue conclusion was made pump needed replacing. Jack discounted the price even though he still carried out the work to try to resolve my issue. Additionally a separate leak which at first sight seemed related to the hot tap - a week or so later. This wasn’t the case and Jack came out to fix the leak at extremely short notice late one evening. One of the best services I’ve had from a tradesman. Would definitely recommend. Prices were also most competitive in area.

  Boiler Service & Gas Safety Inspection

  Needed a boiler service, gas safety inspection, and a certificate issued as part of getting my house ready to sell. Jack contacted me very quickly and the price quoted was excellent. A time was scheduled within just a few days. On the day I had a last minute work commitment, and it was easy to reschedule to later in the day. The work was carried out clearly and professionally, everything was very friendly. The certificate was issued straight away on completion of the job. Would absolutely recommend, so hard to find someone this reliable. Will also be in touch when we've moved house for more!
