  Boiler Service & Hot tap issue

  Reliable and great communication throughout. Job wasn’t as it seemed when Jack arrived and after trying to resolve my hot tap issue conclusion was made pump needed replacing. Jack discounted the price even though he still carried out the work to try to resolve my issue. Additionally a separate leak which at first sight seemed related to the hot tap - a week or so later. This wasn’t the case and Jack came out to fix the leak at extremely short notice late one evening. One of the best services I’ve had from a tradesman. Would definitely recommend. Prices were also most competitive in area.

  Boiler Service & Gas Safety Inspection

  Needed a boiler service, gas safety inspection, and a certificate issued as part of getting my house ready to sell. Jack contacted me very quickly and the price quoted was excellent. A time was scheduled within just a few days. On the day I had a last minute work commitment, and it was easy to reschedule to later in the day. The work was carried out clearly and professionally, everything was very friendly. The certificate was issued straight away on completion of the job. Would absolutely recommend, so hard to find someone this reliable. Will also be in touch when we've moved house for more!

  Shower and Tap replacement installation

  Jack was bang on time, did the job very quickly and I was very pleased with the results. The price was very reasonable too I thought, so overall a very happy customer and would use the company again for any other work I might need doing.

  Removal of 2 gas pipes

  Very pleased with the work that Jack did for me today. I had a gas pipe to a previous gas fire removed, and a redundant pipe that was an eyesore also removed. Jack arrived at the time we agreed and was very professional. Would fully recommend.

  Remove gas supply to fireplace

  Jack came round the same day after speaking with my stepdad to cut off the gas supply to an old fireplace. We have been looking for someone to do this for a while and we’re so impressed that he was able to get the job done within a few hours. He also provided some helpful feedback on our boiler and just general questions we had. We now know who to contact when we have any gas or plumbing problems.
