  Had Jack and Lucy working with us for two weeks and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. They designed and built two wardrobes and a boot room, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Their attention to detail was fantastic, and they were always punctual, hard-working, and completely trustworthy throughout the project. We’re absolutely delighted with the finished result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship.

  Initial phone call - no answer. However called later in the afternoon. Discussion of the situation and what was needed. Asked for pictures tp be sent via WhatsApp for them to generate a quote. Easy communication. Time frame fell really nicely even though it was Easter weekend they completed the job on a Sunday - just two days later. On the day arrived earlier than originally planned, really polite and welcoming. Understood the situation we were in and advised and explained everything they were doing, really showed their knowledge of the trade and the job in hand.

  Fantastic Job – Professional, Tidy & High Quality Work

  I recently had Thomas & Co (Jack & Lucy) replace a plastic window sill with a solid oak one, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, their workmanship was outstanding. They took their time to ensure everything was done properly, paying close attention to detail and making sure the finish was perfect. The new oak sill looks absolutely beautiful and has completely transformed the space. They also kept everything tidy, cleaning up as they went along. Communication was great throughout, and they are genuinely really nice people

  New door fitting

  The fitters were lovely, friendly, and professional. they turned up on time kept us informed, did a great job, cleaned up as they went and even took our old door away for us. Would definitely recommend and use again . 😊

  Biscuit approved joinery

  jack and Lucy were asked to look at re treading a stairway, and replace a door frame and install a bi fold door into the frame. They were professional, they communicated what they wanted to achieve, and they did what I wanted to a high standard. They worked around biscuit the dog, even bringing him treats, and we will be using them again for more work in the future. Their work was amazing, they always kept me informed and left without a trace they had been here.
