  I obtained two quotes and chose Thistle which was the cheaper. It turned out to be a satisfactory choice. I am 86 and live alone. The man who came to quote and who kept an eye on things throughout, was very easy to understand and very affable. His team were able to start almost immediately and the job took 3 men 3 days. My neighbour who is a lot younger than me and who has much more experience of building trades, kept a close eye on things. He thought they did a very good job, and kept to the terms of our agreement. The team worked hard for long hours each day e.g. 9am -6pm.

  Thristle Roofing did an outstanding job on my roof! The team was professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. They completed the work on time and left everything spotless.   Called this company for an estimate for repointing our ridges and repairing our gutters. They gave us a competitive cost and a OAP discount witch was really good too job was done to a high standard would recommend to family and friends

  Outstanding work

  When we decided to replace our roof, soffits and Gutters I researched all the local builders, roofers and reviewed their work. After loads of research I decided to go with Thistle roofing Services, not because they were the cheapest but because Derek filled us with confidence that the job would be done to our exacting standards. No mess😂 The team, were fantastic, met Derek & Joshua several times during the work and afterwards. We’re delighted and they’ve never let us down - a little bit of damage after the recent storms and within a few days sorted. Happy to recommend Derek and his team
