Craig fitted Aircon in our living room. He carried out his work efficiently and cleaned up well. Incredibly nice polite chap. I've no hesitation in recommending.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The aircon unit is a game changer for my dog grooming salon, it's fantastic value for money. Thistledown were very pleasant and very respectful of cleaning up after the work carried out. They could not have been more helpful. 5 stars!

Very happy with the AC installation by Craig. He was recommended by some friends and at the outset he explained the different options available. The installation went smoothly and Craig's work was really neat and tidy. He explained how to use via the remote or App. We are really happy with the outcome - ready now for the heatwave!

Craig is absolutely fantastic absolutely top notch service from quoting to installation. His young assistant Zac was also a pleasure to have working in my house, they were both courteous and kept me informed throughout the installation.

Craig and Zak were an absolute delight to have in my house, Craig kept me informed throughout the day of what was going on and always sought my approval before each stage of work was carried out. I had 2 Panasonic units fitted and within 10 minutes of them being on the benefits had already been felt. These units are not just air con units but also purify the air. Workmanship and professionalism was apparent throughout the day
