I had a new system fitted by Shil and his team after having a word of mouth lead from a satisfied customer of his. Excellent choice I made at the time. Third Eye Security did a fantastic job. Good, honest and reliable team. They programmed my Texecom Alarm system and fixed a couple of wiring issues with it. They took the time to explain all the features and how to use the alarm & app. Communication was great, always respond to messages. Shil immediately responded to my phone call relating to my house alarm not working. He arranged to pop by the next day to review and immediately put the fix in place. The new system works perfectly and is easy to use. Everything was fully explained so that we use it daily and feel much more secure in our property than we did before.
