An amazing company. No hard sell, very responsive to enquiries via email. Charlie was amazing to ensure everything went smoothly, within 3 days, Luke visited our property to ensure recommendation was suitable. Arrived on time, was very thorough, everything was explained, and within 4 working days Luke visited to fit the stairlift. He was brilliant very friendly, respectful of property, arrived on time. Once the stairlift was fitted discussed safety aspect of the lift, safety while using, how to use, and warranty. I am highly satisfied with this company from start to finish, highly recommend.

Luke arrived promptly and did an excellent job removing a stairlift from my parents' property. The price quoted was very competitive and he did a very good job removing the stair lift and taking it away as detailed in the company email. I would definitely recommend using Think Stairlifts.
