THH plumber arrived, seemed to want to rush the job. Finished after 20 minutes and said he fixed it. Paid 114 pounds on the spot. Leak was not fixed at all. When contacting the company they are not interested and won't send anyone to recheck it. The owner Kevin Thorner is the worst of all of them, rude and ignorant, a money grabber who doesn't care about the quality of the job and has never heard of a satisfied customer...check their ratings!!!
