Excellent service. Jason was thorough, punctual, informative, considerate, and went above and beyond to solve our issue. He did a full treatment of our first floor which has shown multiple signs of woodworm infestation, and even replaced a couple of broken floorboards. All of this is backed by a 20 year guarantee. His pricing was very reasonable and his quote was detailed with all the work that would be performed. He did it to a tee, and then tidied up afterwards. My hallway is spotless! Highly recommended.

Jason came over to do us a quote. He did a thorough inspection and gave a good explanation of the problem and the way the woodworm treatment works including life cycles of the insects etc. His quote was reasonably priced and limited to the areas needed. He delivered the work himself so a really personal service. There was a quick turnaround with the work just 1 week after the quote. He was prompt, friendly and thorough throughout.
