  I cannot describe in words how appalling this company actually is.

  After my Sliding Doors, which are only two years old, developed some air leaking through the seals when it was really windy. The first visit I was told they just needed lifting slightly and this could be done. He came back with his colleague, an on this occasion when he tried to lift the door, he broke the wheel underneath. Telling me this was going to cost me a lot of money to fix trying to tell me that the reason why this happened was because I was given an old wheel to start with. This is completely untrue. Promised a call back over six times and now my door is completely broken underneath

  We respectfully contest the accuracy of this review. The Window and Door Outlet was neither the supplier nor the installer of the sliding doors referenced therein. Our involvement was limited solely to being contacted regarding an existing issue with doors that had previously been installed by an unrelated third party. The review gives the impression that we were responsible for the original supply and installation of the doors, which is factually incorrect.   Amazing quality work! Fabulous price and customer service! Lads worked hard and cleaned up thoroughly! Will be back for replacement at the back of the house once needed! Highly recommend for price, quality and service!

  Aluminium back door refitted

  Our back door needed to be refitted as it had not been installed correctly. They sorted it out very quickly, absolutely no problem for them. The gap in the door frame has gone now and it’s solid. Great work, thanks guys!
