And the whole process was easy, friendly and gave me confidence the job would be done to a high standard - I wasn't disappointed! Extremely lovely to deal with as kept me informed all the way through the process providing photo’s of any issues they came across so I could actual visually see that additional work was required outside the original estimate. Absolutely great quality of work everyone on the team extremely helpful and willing to explain clearly any questions I had. Steve and Deborah have been great to work with. Their communication throughout the work has been good and they have been very responsive to requests, queries and concerns. Steve has been very good at problem solving. He identified an issue with the plans and calculations before the work began and resolved the issue.
