From first contact, The Water Softener Guys were a professional company. They started with a video call, followed by a in person visit to assess our home. Because we live in a slightly older property, it required a thoughtful, tricky solution. James came up with a brilliant plan and carried out the expert installation seamlessly. We went for the "complete package"—the water softener, reverse osmosis filter, remineraliser, and a 3-way mixer tap—and we couldn't be happier with the service and the final product.
