The service was exceptional. Incredibly neat installation, when they had finished you would never know work had been done. Everything left neat and tidy. We are our 70’s not tech savvy at all. My rear drive way has a secure automatic motorised rolling gate. Unfortunately the gate ceased to automatically close, but auto open worked fine. Adrian, the engineer came along and was very professional and courteous. Geoff, the business owner, turned up with a colleague to do the job. Geoff clearly knows the domestic security sector inside out and was happy to share some of his knowledge. The guys went about the job expertly and professionally and left the system in full working order. Ours is an ageing system but there was no hard sell fron Geoff; just advice on how it could be upgraded. Hired this company to install our security camera system, then asked them back again to remove them due to renovations to front and rear of house. They returned again to reinstall our cameras to a very high standard. Anytime we have needed them to come out to resolve any issues, they have been very responsive. We would recommend The Watch Security Systems Ltd to our family and friends without hesitation.
