  Fitting replacement taps

  We’d arranged a time and price for the work and unfortunately he was ill so we rearranged for the following day. After a week and rearranging again, he failed to turn up despite confirming a few days earlier. Not only didn’t he tell me he wasn’t coming but he didn’t respond to my message asking him what had happened? Unreliability and ghosting.

  Unblocked toilet, fitted new shower and fixed taps.

  After requesting a quote via checkatrade, Chris came out the very next day to look at the job and then we were able to set a date for the work soon after! Great service and it’s so nice to have a working shower again!

  Replace leaking kitchen tap

  We had to delay due an issue with our pet. Chris was very understanding and when I eventually got back in touch with him, he turned up within two days. An attempt was made to repair the existing tap but due to the stubbornness of the tap to come apart, there was a real danger that the granite worktop could get damaged. So it would need to be removed to attempt a repair on the bench. This being the case we decided that it was prudent to replace the whole tap. The work was carried out very efficiently and with due care and attention and we would call on Chris' services again.

  Two overflowing toilet cisterns

  Can't recommend highly enough!! Despite our being outside the Wasteman's preferred working radius, he diagnosed the problem via messaging with a video of the issue, and then came out in a very timely fashion to sort it out. He spent over three hours thoroughly investigating the problem, sourcing the right replacement parts and making sure that they were working again - and his quote was particularly reasonable. One of the toilets failed subsequently - not his fault, but down to a faulty replacement part - and he came straight back out to fix it, and wouldn't take any money for it.
