    The gate to our business premises was hanging off. Ian came out the next day and fixed the gate for us. He was polite, prompt and great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

    Forecourt renovation

    Ian supplied and fitted railings, gate and brickwork for our forecourt. He also leveled out and paved the tiles carrying out the whole job to a fantastic standard. Great communication, would thoroughly recommend. Thanks Ian!

    Repair to gate latch.

    Ian replaced broken gate latch with new cast iron door knob and digital lock. Also refixed iron posts that held gate. Very pleased with gate that now opens and shuts firmly without sticking and new latch works well.

    Fitting of railings

    Needed to have railings fitted up steps to front of house. The completed job looks amazing, exactly what I was requiring. Cost for all was within my budget, which included initial review, fabrication, fitting, welding, painting & clear up. Very pleased with conclusion.

The Village Blacksmith are traditional metalworkers who pride themselves on their ability to create bespoke fabrication solutions to meet their customer’s needs.

We cover a wide range of works from balconies, gates and railings to security projects and structural beam work we can also produce larger estate or industrial gates which we can automate and provide entry systems.

We are able to expand our fabrication skills to incorporate stainless steel and glass balconies and roof terrace structure’s and whilst our south coast base allows us to afford our customers perfect sea views we have created equally appealing projects in London and Oxfordshire.

As our name suggests we can help with your simple repair and restoration needs fixing small brackets or items that would require the purchase of a whole new unit thus saving you money.
